M. John Dents' Links
Ths page is continuously under construction but it is intended to link to all the people whose code found its way into SDA.. They are in no particular order..
Note It seems that some of the links below return a not found error. I am sorry that the net seems to move a lot faster than I do. If anybody really wants something - and can't find it by googling- please contact me and I'll see what I can do
First off is the author of richprint a Delphi component to preview printing of a richedit control in Delphi.
He is Gerrit Wolsink and the component is/was downloadable from
his home page
The second is Alexander Obukhov the author of Richedit98 which can be downloaded from Torry's Delphi Pages , Delphi Super Page. and possibly elsewhere. It goes beyond the basics to provide the user with an environment in which it is possible to embed spreadsheets, , graphics or what have you.
Next is HTMLLITE which permits the display of the SDA help file and any non framed html document.
It , and the vastly more capable HTMLPRO component (shareware) are the work of L. David Baldwin and downloadable from his home page
Next , is the XPROCS component, a small collecion of tools written as far back as 1995 by Stefan B÷ther (that's what it says in the readme.). They make mincemeat out of otherwise complex tasks such as writing a richedit to file or loading a file into a richedit. His home page was at

Another handy one was and is the XBALOON component, the work of Aleksey Kuznetsov
whose home page is/was at : http://www.utilmind.com : http://www.utilmind.com . It makes possible the display of the sort of data expected when you click on a placemarker in one of the template files you make for SDA.
Thanks to to Peter Lieber in Austria for his unit that permits the programme to export a richedit to HTML. (If you specify "HTML" as the file extension on a save the job will be done for you.
His home page is here.
Jordan Russell is the author of INNOSETUP.EXE (for Innovative Setup ). Without that programme - and there are others like it - I would not have been upload the various offerings on my downloads page. .Jordan Russell home page
How could I be so crass as to forget Arther Smith whose "Top Dawg" free html editor progrsamme makes these pages possible . Get it from Mindy's Page
And , as mentioned in the main page, you MUST. . have a look at Polyedit, (or it's free variant, Cryptedit ) at the Polyedit Home Page
At $34.00 It really is the best value word processing programme thet I have ever seen.
